Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription will downgrade to free your account at the end of the current billing period.
Can I downgrade to the free plan without losing my links and QR codes?
When you cancel your paid subscription, you'll automatically move to the free plan. You'll keep access to your dashboard and all your existing links will continue working normally. However, you'll no longer have access to the premium features and higher usage limits that came with your paid plan.
Can I reinstate my subscription?
Yes, you can reinstate your subscription if the plan is still available on our pricing page at any time before the expiration date of the current billing period using our self-service tools. You can find the reinstatement option in the subscription tab of your dashboard.
What happens to my domains after I cancel my subscription?
Any domains purchased through Rebrandly will not be affected by canceling your subscription. They will continue to automatically renew on their scheduled expiration dates unless you specifically turn off auto-renewal for those domains.
