Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you will only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one for the current billing cycle. When you cancel (downgrade to Free), you'll continue to have access to your current plan until your renewal date.
Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade before your renewal date, you'll see a prorated breakdown at checkout and will only pay the difference between plans. Your renewal date will stay the same.
The payment page will show a charge for the remaining days in the cycle for the new plan, minus a credit for the unused days on your current plan.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, so you continue to have access to your current plans and features through the end of the current billing cycle.

This information applies to month-to-month and annual-to-annual plan changes. To switch from monthly to annual on the same plan, or from annual to monthly at the end of your billing cycle, please contact our support team in the chat below.
If you have a scheduled downgrade and decide to upgrade instead, the upgrade goes through immediately, and your scheduled downgrade is canceled. You'll see a one-line confirmation of this in your upgrade confirmation email.
