Per our Terms of Use, Rebrandly does not offer refunds.
To cancel the auto-renewal:
Log in to Rebrandly.
Click Domains.
Click the domain name
Click the Auto-renew switch.
Click Turn off auto renew for this domain.
That will turn off your automatic billing at the renewal date. You will receive an email prior to your domain's expiration date in case you decide to renew it
