If you're trying to login into your Rebrandly account and you get an "Account Suspended" message, it might be related to one of the following problems:
Outstanding payments - Check your billing history, payment status, and payment method in your subscription settings, under the profile menu. We may not have received a payment for your renewal. Updating your payment method could resolve the issue.

Each time Rebrandly fails to receive payment we'll send a notification to your email address and continue to attempt to process the payment. If you haven't received our emails, check the address in your account settings.After the first failed payment, all your links and analytics will continue to work.
After the second failed payment, your links may be paused (redirected but not tracked) or even permanently deleted (neither redirected or tracked).
Once a payment is received, your account will be reinstated.
Links used for malicious or illegal activities - Your links may have breached Rebrandly's Terms of Use. Rebrandly will not tolerate the use of our service for spam, phishing, or distributing illegal content.

We have protocols in place to check the quality and integrity of the links being created with our platform. We also review and evaluate complaints that come from global accredited sources. We will delete suspect links and suspend Rebrandly accounts that are determined to be malicious.

If you believe your links have not breached our Terms of Use and your website/system has not been hacked, contact us through the Submit a Request link at the top of this page. Include a detailed explanation of your links and request the reactivation your Rebrandly account.Technical issues - If neither of the above situations apply, please get in touch with our support team so we can troubleshoot for you.
