Why is my account suspended?

If you're trying to login into your Rebrandly account and you get an "Account Suspended" message, it might be related to one of the following problems:

  • Outstanding payments - Each time Rebrandly fails to receive payment we'll send a notification to your email address and continue to attempt to process the payment.

    After the first failed payment, all your links and analytics will continue to work.

    After the second failed payment, your links may be paused (redirected but not tracked) or even permanently deleted (neither redirected or tracked).

    Once a payment is received, your account will be reinstated.

  • Links used for malicious or illegal activities - Your links may have breached Rebrandly's Terms of Use. Rebrandly will not tolerate the use of our service for spam, phishing, unlawful purposes, or the distribution of illegal content.

    We have protocols in place to verify the integrity of the links created on our platform. We also review and evaluate complaints from globally accredited sources. We will delete suspect links and suspend Rebrandly accounts that create them.

    Some examples of prohibited activity:

    • Links to gambling sites when online gambling is illegal in your region.​

    • Links to sites that install malware.

    • Links to distribute or sell prohibited materials.

If you believe your links have not breached our Terms of Use and your website/system has not been hacked, contact us through the chatbot on the lower right of this page. Include a detailed explanation of your links and request the reactivation of your Rebrandly account.
