How do I keep or upgrade my plan if I've started a cancellation or downgrade?

If you have a downgrade pending and decide to continue your current plan or upgrade to a new plan, your plan change will take effect immediately, and your scheduled downgrade will not proceed.

To upgrade or cancel your downgrade, go to the Subscription & Usage page in Settings.

Canceling a downgrade

When you cancel a downgrade, your current plan will continue and you will be billed on the existing renewal date. Any add-ons you purchased will continue to renew.

Upgrading when a downgrade has been started

Your upgrade takes effect immediately after your payment is complete, and the scheduled downgrade will not proceed.

You will be charged the prorated difference between your higher plan and your current plan. Any add-ons you purchased will continue to renew.
