Does Rebrandly offer refunds?

Refund rules for subscriptions and domains

If you cancel a plan, add-on, or domain before the renewal date, you'll keep access through the end of the current subscription term and billing cycle. Renewal charges will end after cancellation.

In limited cases, Rebrandly offers refunds for annual plans and domain renewals purchased through our service.

Monthly account subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a monthly subscription renews, no refunds or credits will be issued for the current billing period, regardless of account usage or cancellation.

Domain purchases and renewals

Domain purchase fees are non-refundable.

Domain renewals are refundable for 20 days after the charge goes through. As a third-party reseller, we charge you approximately 30 days before the renewal date.

Annual account subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date or renewal date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase or renewal date.

  • The account has made no meaningful use of the Service during the 30-day period.

  • The account has not previously completed a free trial of the Service.

Meaningful use of the Service includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Creating, shortening, or managing links.

  2. Generating or receiving click traffic through shortened links.

  3. Connecting or configuring custom domains.

  4. Creating API keys or making API requests.

  5. Inviting or adding team members.

  6. Accessing or using premium subscription features.

  7. Any other substantial use of the Service.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the subscription is not eligible for a refund.

After the 30-day refund period has expired, annual subscription fees are non-refundable, and no full or partial refunds will be provided for cancellations, downgrades, or unused portions of the subscription term.
