Why are my plan and pricing different from the pricing page?

As Rebrandly builds new features and creates new plans, some older subscription plans may no longer be available. If you’re on one of these legacy plans, you can continue using it as long as it remains active.

Indicators that you're on a legacy plan include pricing, features, and plan names that are not listed or different from what appears on our pricing page.

Your legacy plan will remain active unless one of the following happens:

  • You switch to another plan. Once you upgrade or change to another plan, you cannot revert to your legacy plan subscription. This can also happen if your account is downgraded to a free plan due to non-payment.

  • We discontinue the plan. If we plan to migrate your account to a new plan, we will always notify you in advance by email. Be sure your current email address is in your profile to receive all important account notices.

You can review your current plan details anytime in your account’s Billing section.
