All subscriptions are set to renew automatically on their renewal dates, but you can change your Rebrandly plan at any time from your account settings. To stop the automatic renewal at the current rate, you'll need to downgrade or cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Upgrading before your billing cycle ends will give you access to the new plan's features immediately, and we'll charge you for the price differences.
Downgrades will take effect at your next renewal date.
To access your subscription options:
Log in to Rebrandly.
Click on your profile icon.
Click Settings.
Click Subscription & Usage.
Here, you'll see options to Change your plan and Cancel subscription, which will turn off your auto-renewal.
How to reinstate your Paid subscription
If you change your mind, you can reinstate your previous plan for as long as your current billing subscription has not yet expired:
Login into your dashboard
Go to the subscription section
Click on the “Renew plan” link
Click on the “Renew plan” button to confirm you wish to reinstate the plan.
Important: if the plan does not exist anymore on the pricing page, you cannot reinstate it!
How to cancel your Free subscription
If you have a Free subscription and you want to deactivate your account and lose all your links:
Login into your dashboard.
Go to the subscription section
Click to the link at the bottom of the page. Follow the in-app instructions.
