Unfortunately, Rebrandly doesn’t support direct ownership transfer of Workspaces. This is because permissions are managed at the Workspace level rather than for individual links. Even after removing the original owner, you cannot reassign the Workspace to someone else.
You have two alternative options:
Grant Administrator Access You can give another teammate administrator privileges for the Workspace. This provides them complete control over existing links and the ability to create new ones, though they won’t be the official owner.
Export and Recreate: You can export and import all links under a new account. However, this approach has significant drawbacks - you’ll lose all historical data and workspace-based features, including:
