Before importing a file to create links, check three things:
Have you added your custom domain to the workspace where your links will be imported?
Is your CSV file formatted correctly, with a back half and a destination URL for each link? Follow our CSV template guidelines before starting.
How many links can you create this month? Check your usage to make sure you don't hit your limit.
If you are a Google Sheets user, check out our Google Sheets Add-on, which is great for creating up to 1,000 links.
To import links:
Click Workspaces.
Select the workspace where your links will be imported to.
Click Import new links.
Select the branded domain you want to use for these links.
You can only use one branded domain per import. If you want to create links with different domains you'll need to separate your links into different files.
Select the character separator of the file. In English-formatted files, the comma is usually the default (CSV stands for comma separated values). Files in other European languages usually use the semicolon.
If you would like to add a tag or retargeting script to all the files, click Add options. For example, you might want to create a tag with the import date, like import_25_april_2025.
Select the file with your links for upload.
Click Import links.
We'll send you an email when your import is complete. You can also check the imports of the last 30 days by choosing a workspace from the Workspaces page and clicking Links import history.
