The new Reviewer role empowers marketing agencies to monitor multiple client campaigns through a single, consolidated dashboard. This streamlined access enhances team collaboration while establishing the platform as a comprehensive command center for campaign oversight and project coordination. The Reviewer can browse content and provide feedback on shared workspace links through annotations.
Navigate to the new Teammate TAB located in the main menu, which provides comprehensive access to all teammate-related features.
Inviting a Reviewer via your dashboard
The invite teammates option is only available for some plan types; see here for all the details. See all teammate permission levels.
- Login into your dashboard.
- Click on the Workspace Tab. From there you can add Reviewers in one of the following ways:
a. First option: Hover over your preferred workspace and click on the icon on the right to add a teammate.
Note: you can invite teammate(s) only in the selected Workspace.
b. Second option: Click on the Teammates option and then the Invite teammates button on the right.
Note: You can invite teammate(s) to multiple workspaces. - Fill out all the requested fields to add one or more teammates to the selected Workspace:
i. Teammate(s) email(s).
ii. Assigned role (same for all teammates invited at once.
iii. Add the related Workspace(s). All teammates invited in a single session will be added on the same workspaces.
iv. Optional: Amend the default welcome message.
- Click on the Invite button to finalize the invitation.
- A confirmation message will appear on your screen.
- The user(s) invited to join a single workspace (first option) or multiple workspaces (second option) will receive an invitation email. They must click on the link to accept the invite(s). Depending on how you invited reviewers, they will receive one of the following welcome messages:
a. First option: email message
b. Second option: email message
Managing your Reviewer role post-invitation acceptance
After accepting the invitation, Reviewers will be prompted to log in or create an account on the dashboard. The Workspaces tab will display all workspaces they've been invited to join. When hovering over a workspace, Reviewers can:
- Access the workspace's link collection
- Opt out of the workspace
Selecting List of links reveals all links within the shared workspace. For each link, Reviewers have the following options:
- Open the target URL.
- Copy the link.
- Generate a simple QR code (customization not available).
- Share the link.
- Append notes.
Important: Reviewers cannot generate new links in shared workspaces, as evidenced by the inactive (grayed-out) New link button.
Adding Notes to a Link
- Access the note feature by selecting the Notes icon, which opens a pop-up window for quick note entry.
- Enter your comment and submit it by clicking the Add note button.
- Look for a confirmation message in the upper right corner of the screen.
- A note icon will appear beside the link, indicating that a note has been added.
- Click the note icon to edit and save your note.
Managing (add/edit/delete) link notes
- Click on the link URL to open the link's details. You will be able to:
- View the related link’s statistics.
- Add/edit/delete link-related notes.
Note: All the other Optimize actions are disabled. The Share actions are enabled. The Customize QR code option is disabled. You can create only one note for each link.
- Open link details by clicking the link URL to view statistics and manage notes.
- Other Optimize actions are unavailable. Share actions remain active. QR code customization is disabled.
- Access Notes via the right sidebar.
- Enter note text in the left side field.
- Click Save to confirm.
- A confirmation system message will appear in the top right corner.

- Use the pencil icon to edit and the bin icon to delete.
- Deletion allows the creation of a new note.
- Upon deleting a note, you'll see a confirmation message.
