How do I downgrade my subscription to a lower paid plan?

Downgrade to a lower plan by choosing a different plan in account settings. If you are on an Enterprise plan, you will need to contact your account manager to downgrade.

Before downgrading your subscription, check whether your current plan is listed on our pricing page. If you are on a plan that is no longer available, you will not be able to return to it later.

To downgrade your subscription plan:

  1. Click the profile icon.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Subscription & Usage in the navigation panel.

  4. Click Change plan.

  5. Click the Downgrade plan button beneath the plan you'd like to move to.

  6. Select a reason for downgrading, then click Confirm downgrade.

The new plan will take effect on your renewal date, so you'll continue to have access to your current features until then.
