Why can't I log in to Rebrandly?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to log in to your Rebrandly account. Here are some common issues and solutions:

  • Incorrect Email or Password:

    • Double-check that you are entering the correct email address and password.

    • You can always reset your password via email by clicking Forgot Password? on the login page and entering the email address that's in your account.

  • Account Suspension:

    • If you see an "Account Suspended" message, it might be related to a violation of Rebrandly's terms of service or other issues. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner to get help if you think this is an error.

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

    • If you have enabled 2FA, make sure you are entering the correct verification code from your authentication app.

  • Browser Issues:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

    • Try using a different browser or device to log in.

  • Email Verification:

    • Ensure that you have verified your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from Rebrandly and follow the instructions to verify your email.
