SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is available as an optional add-on for accounts using Rebrandly's current SSO setup.
SCIM is not included with standard SSO, and it isn't self-serve. It's a separate add-on with its own cost, disabled by default — Rebrandly enables it for your account after purchase. Contact your account manager to add it.
What SCIM does
SCIM automatically keeps your Rebrandly teammates in sync with your identity provider, so you don't have to manage them in two places:
User added in your directory → automatically created as a teammate in Rebrandly.
User updated in your directory (name or email change) → automatically updated in Rebrandly.
User removed from your directory → automatically suspended in Rebrandly. They still appear on your Teammates page but can no longer log in.
Default access: new teammates created through SCIM follow the same default as standard SSO — they're automatically granted access to all workspaces with the Reviewer role. As the account Owner, review and reassign roles and workspace access from the Teammates page after any new teammate is provisioned.
Supported identity providers
SCIM works with identity providers that support the SCIM 2.0 standard, including Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
What SCIM doesn't do
SCIM doesn't let you route new teammates to specific roles or workspaces based on your directory's groups. Every new teammate — whether added through SCIM or through standard SSO — lands with the Reviewer role on all workspaces, and the account Owner assigns specific access from there.
