How do I add teammates to a workspace?

Account owners can invite teammates to a single workspace or more.

To invite someone from a workspace

  1. Click Workspaces in the navigation menu.

  2. Hover over your preferred workspace.

  3. Click the add teammate icon on the right.

  4. Fill out the invitation form:

    • Enter teammate email address(es).

    • Select a role.

    • Customize the welcome message that the user will receive.

  5. Click Invite teammates to send the invitation.

  6. This will send an invitation email to each teammate.

  7. Teammates will click the link in the email to accept the invitation.

  8. They can then log in to their existing account or create new account with access to the workspaces.

To invite someone to multiple workspaces

  1. Click Teammates in the navigation menu.

  2. Click Invite teammates.

  3. Complete the invitation form:

    • Enter teammate email address(es);

    • Select a role.

    • Choose multiple workspaces to grant access.

    • Customize the welcome message the users will receive.

  4. Click "Invite" to send the invitation

  5. This will send an invitation email to each teammate.

  6. Teammates will click the link in the email to accept the invitation.

  7. They can then log in to their existing account or create new account with access to the workspaces.
