Important: You won’t be able to restore a deleted link. While you can recreate it but you'll lose all insight on it.
To delete a link in Rebrandly:
- Login into your dashboard.
- Click on Link Tab.
- Search for the link to delete.
- Hover your mouse over the area to the right of the analytics bar and the shortcut options will. appear.
- Click on the trash icon.
- A pop up will appear: confirm deletion.

Important:
- Deleting a link is permanent and erases all click tracking data for everyone who has access to it.
Limited Permissions:
- If you're a regular user or guest in someone else's workspace, you can't delete links created by others.
- If a link truly needs deleting, reach out to the workspace owner or request permission to delete links.
Control Over Links:
- You can only delete links that you created yourself or that you were specifically granted permission to delete (if you're a guest).
