How do I create a Link Gallery?

Create a Link Gallery to gather and display a collection of links to your content that's accessible through one link.

A Link Gallery is visible only to the person who created it. Teammates, including Administrators, can't view or manage another account's existing Link Gallery.

To create a Link Gallery:

  1. Log in to Rebrandly.

  2. Click Link Gallery in the top navigation menu.

  3. Choose the domain for the link that will point to the Link Gallery.

  4. Create a unique name for your Link Gallery.

  5. Preview the URL before creation.
    ​

  6. Upon creation, you will receive a confirmation message.
    ​

  7. Manage settings on your Link Gallery page.

  8. If you wish to modify the Link Gallery URL later on, simply click the edit icon.

  9. You will receive a warning about losing access to historical click data.
    ​

URL creation process

  1. Select an active domain to preview your Link Gallery URL.

  2. The Create button will become clickable.
    ​

  1. After you click on Create, you will receive a confirmation message.

  1. Click Ok, got it to access your Link Gallery management page.
    ​

Background Image: You can upload a .JPG or .PNG image up to 2MB with a up to 1536 X 2048 resolution.

Changing your domain

To modify your Link Gallery domain:

  1. Click the edit icon:

  2. Review the warning about losing access to historical click data.

  1. Click Continue to open the domain selection.

  1. Click Save to confirm.
