With the link expiration feature, you can set a custom expiry date on all the new links at a workspace level. It won't retroactively change the expiration on existing links, and links will be deleted when they expire.
This is helpful if you have links for sales proposals or promotions that will expire at the end of 90 days, 180 days, or annually.
Expiration rules can be enabled or disabled in a workspace. These changes affect only new links in the workspace, so any links set to expire and be deleted will still be deleted if the expiration is disabled.
To set a custom link expiration date:
Log in to Rebrandly.
Click Workspaces.
βClick on a workspace name.
Click Links never expire.
βSelect one of the expiration options.
βClick Save.
New links in the workspace will now be deleted no later than 7 days after the expiration date after they're created.
