Ask AI uses a large language model that runs within Rebrandly's own cloud environment.
Your questions and data are not used to train AI models.
Ask AI doesn't display conversations that are more than 7 days old.
Ask AI blocks messages that contain sensitive data, such as card, bank account, or ID numbers, passwords, or keys.
Rebrandly keeps a log of Ask AI prompts for auditing and security.
AI assistants connected to Rebrandly
When you connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, to Rebrandly, you sign in with your Rebrandly account. The assistant can access the data and actions that your role allows.
The assistant's provider handles your conversations with that assistant under its own terms and privacy policy.
