Rebrandly moved the top navigation bar to a left-side menu. We rolled out this change to all workspaces in October 2026.
Why did we make this change?
Clear workspace organization - No more selecting workspace every time you open a report or list page. Now, you select the workspace once, and the whoe workspace role and access are visible, and all your pages update with one click.
Bring settings together - More of your settings have been consolidated into the Settings menu.
Reducing confusion - The left menu is easier to scan, and all features, such as Analytics and integrations, are now easier to find.
Room to grow - A vertical menu gives us room to grow as we add new features.
What's the difference between the top navigation bar and left menu?
The left menu is always visible and can collapse to a narrow icon rail.
A workspace selector sits at the top of the menu. Switching workspaces gives you quick access to all the pages for that workspace.
Settings, your profile, and Support sit at the bottom of the menu. Opening Settings collapses the main menu and opens a Settings panel beside it.

We'll started rolling out the changes to new users on Oct 12, 2026. Previously existing accounts started to be updated on October 26, 2026.
Can I switch back to the old top navigation?
No, the left menu replaces the top navigation for all of Rebrandly. We'll continue to talk to customers, get feedback, and make improvements.
