Sometimes, you may want to take click metrics outside Rebrandly for spreadsheet analysis, data sharing, record-keeping, or use in other reporting workflows.
With an analytics export, you can download a CSV file with the data you choose and the filters you apply, and then upload it to the data tool of your choice.
To create a custom report:
Click Analytics.
Click Exports.
Click New export.
Select On demand to download the file when ready, or Scheduled for automatic delivery in the future at regular intervals. Click Next step.
Enter a name, select a workspace, set a date range and time zone, and add any filters. Click Next step.
Choose which fields to include as CSV columns. Turn off Include everything (full data set) to select specific fields. Click Next step.
Preview the results, then click Create.
Understanding your account limits
Every paid plan includes a monthly limit for exports. Keep in mind that scheduled exports are counted each time they are run, so an export that runs every week will use 4 of your exports for the month.
