How do I create presets to save my frequently used UTM values?

Updated over a month ago

UTM presets make it quick and easy to fill in your most commonly used UTM parameters.

For example, you may post a lot of content and branded links to Facebook, and use the same source and medium every time. Instead of filling these in manually each time, store the parameters in your UTM Presets and you can access them any time you're creating or editing a link..

To store and use UTM presets:

  1. When editing or creating a link, click UTM Builder to expand the UTM section.

  2. Enter your UTM parameters and click Create Preset.

  3. Fill in the Preset name field with a name for your UTM preset, such as "Facebook Post."

  4. Click Create.

From now on, when you create or edit a link, you can select the preset in the dropdown and automatically fill in the UTM fields.

You can manage the presets for a workspace by selecting the workspace and clicking Manage URL parameters.
