Teammate Permission Levels (roles)

A teammate is a user or a guest who can be added to your workspace to collaborate on creating, sharing, and managing branded links. Adding teammates is beneficial for teams, departments, or clients working together on link management. Here are some key points about teammates in Rebrandly:

• Collaboration: Teammates can collaborate in a shared workspace, allowing for efficient cooperation on link-shortening efforts.
• Roles and Permissions: You can assign different roles and permissions to teammates, controlling what they can access and modify within the workspace.
• Teammate Pricing: Teammates are only available on specific plans. Pricing will vary depending on your plan and the number of teammates you wish to add.

Teammate permissions are organized into five tiers with different workspace access levels.

• Owner: Own the workspace and can access and manage all data and domains.
• Administrator: Manage teammate permissions, domains, reports, tags, scripts, and all workspace data.
• User: Access workspace domains and teammates, create and manage links, and view link stats for links created in shared workspaces.
• Guest: Access to workspace and domains; can only view and manage links they create.
• Reviewer: View content and add notes on links in shared workspaces.
