Can I cancel an add-on (bundle) purchased through RoD (Rebrandly on Demand) and get a refund?
- While you can't cancel an active RoD add-on, you can prevent it from automatically renewing at the end of your current billing period. To do this, go to the specific add-on (or bundle) in your dashboard and click the trash can icon.
- Please note that the current add-on will continue until its expiration date, after which the system will automatically cancel it.
- You can find add-on also named addon or bundle in the Rod (Rebrandly on Demand) section.

Can I get back the click statistics?

For exceeding the click limit: Unfortunately, once you've reached your click limit, the system automatically discards click data to conserve resources. There's no way to recover this lost information.

- Unfortunately, you cannot reset the stats yourself. The system automatically resets them each billing cycle, which typically occurs every 30 days.

Can I export detailed analytics data as a CSV or Excel file?
- You can download detailed analytics data in CSV or Excel format only from custom reports. However, if you're using aggregate statistics, you can only save them as PDFs.
