Can I cancel an add-on (bundle) purchased through RoD (Rebrandly on Demand) and get a refund?
- While you can't cancel an active RoD add-on, you can prevent it from automatically renewing at the end of your current billing period by going to the specific add-on (or bundle) in your dashboard and clicking the trash can icon.
- Please note that the current add-on will continue until its expiration date, after which the system will automatically cancel it.
- Add-ons, also known as bundles, can be found in the RoD (Rebrandly on Demand) section.
I would like to have all your security documentation, how can I have this?

Can I export detailed analytics data as a CSV or Excel file?
- You can only download detailed analytics data from custom reports in CSV or Excel format. However, if you're using aggregate statistics, you can only save them as PDFs.
Are the clicks reported in the dashboard unique?
-
The dashboard's main view doesn't show whether clicks on individual links are unique or non-unique. However, you can find this information in two ways:
- The advanced reports section shows the percentage of unique vs. non-unique clicks for either your entire link collection or a specific workspace.
- For analyzing a single link's unique vs. non-unique clicks, you'll need to use the Custom reports feature.
