Can I switch from a FREE plan to a PAID plan and vice versa?
- Upgrading from the free plan to a paid plan is straightforward. Just visit the pricing page and choose the plan that meets your needs.
- Downgrading to the free plan after using a paid plan requires contacting Rebrandly support. This is because paid plans unlock features and allow for more links than the free plan.
- When you cancel your auto-renewal for a paid plan, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and suspended on the expiry date. Since the free plan may not support all the features you used in the paid plan, Rebrandly needs to assess your specific situation to see if your current links and features can be made compatible with the free plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan before my subscription renewal?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you make a change before your billing cycle ends, your new plan will start right away and you’ll be charged accordingly. You can eventually ask Rebrandly Support to evaluate any pro rata refund in case of an upgrade with the same commitment as the previous one (annual or monthly).
Can I subscribe without automatic renewal?
- Yes, you can turn off auto-renewal in your account settings. However, we recommend keeping it on to avoid losing your data. If you prefer to manage your subscription manually, you can always cancel the auto-renewal at least 30 days before your subscription ends.
- How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal in a self service mode:
- Log in to your Rebrandly account: Login
- Navigate to the Subscription Tab
- Find the auto-renewal option.
- Uncheck the "auto-renew" box.
- This will ensure that your subscription does not renew automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I get my account and my personal data permanently deleted?
