14-Day Free Trial

Starting March 20th, 2024 Rebrandly is offering a free trial of their Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise plans. This trial lets you explore Rebrandly premium features for 14 days. At the end of the trial period, the system will upgrade your subscription to the chosen plan, unless you cancel within the trial period.

Trying Rebrandly for free is easy!

1. New Accounts: Sign up for the free trial using the "Get Started" or "Start Free Trial" button.
2. Existing FREE plan users: Look for the "Start Free Trial" button within the plan descriptions to upgrade and try premium features.

A. Get started for new users:

1. Go to the Rebrandly website.
2. Click on Get started on the top right. 
3. Decide whether:
   1. Click on Sign up to start the trial period by clicking on the black background button. 
   2. Skip the trial and sign up for a free plan by clicking the link on the left side.

4. Click "Get Started" and follow the steps to sign up and activate the 14-day free trial.  At the end of the trial, the plan you chose will be automatically activated, unless you cancel beforehand.

B. Existing Free plan users

Free users will be able to activate the trial at any time from their dashboard. Choose the desired plan and commitment (monthly/annually) and start your 14-day trial to experience Rebrandly premium features!

1. Click on Start Free Trial under the plan you’re interested in. 

2. You will see a list of the Top features available and a trial timeline.
3. Click on NEXT to move forward with the activation of the Trial.

4. Fill out the form with your information and click on Next
5. Choose your preferred payment method.
   1. Enjoy your free trial! You won't be charged if you cancel within 14 days.
6. Save Information to activate the trial!

7. Your trial has been activated!
8. Click on Get Started button to go to your dashboard.

9. Claim your free domain (valid for 1 year) and add your brand to your links.
   1. Note: the domain is free only if you haven’t  redeemed a voucher before.
10. Search for your preferred domain name and check for availability.
11. Select the domain and click on Checkout.
12. You can “skip for now” if you prefer registering your domain later. It will automatically be added to your cart. Just proceed to checkout whenever you're ready.

13. Fill out the form with all Domain Registration Information and Click Next.
14. Click on checkout to finish.
15. Enjoy your free domain!

16. It might take some time (usually under 30 minutes, but up to 24 hours) for your domain changes to take effect everywhere on the internet. This is called DNS propagation.
17. Click on “Go to dashboard” to start using Rebrandly!

18. Your trial is ready! On your dashboard, you'll find a 14-day countdown and can now explore all the features.

19. You can upgrade your plan at any time to be able to use the volumes dedicated to the plan previously chosen or choose a different plan.
    1. From your dashboard>subscription Tab click on Upgrade your plan,
20. You can cancel your free trial before the end of the 14-days at no additional cost (you will be downgraded to the Free plan and will still be able to manage your dashboard).
    1. From your dashboard>subscription Tab click on Cancel Trial.

Your 14-day free trial is ready! 

• Ready to unlock more feature volumes for your plan? Upgrade your plan anytime directly from your dashboard under the 'Subscription' tab by clicking 'Upgrade plan'.

• Want to cancel the trial? No problem! Cancel your free trial before the 14 days to avoid charges. Just head to your dashboard, select the 'Subscription' tab, and click 'Cancel Trial'. Your plan will revert to Free, and you can still manage your dashboard.

• How long is the free trial?
  The Rebrandly trial lasts for 14 days. During that time, you can test out premium  features and see if Rebrandly is a good fit for you. There is no need to worry about hidden costs – if you decide not to continue, you can simply cancel your trial before the 14 days are up, and you won't be charged a dime.  On the other hand, if you love what Rebrandly can do, you can easily upgrade to a paid plan that meets your needs directly from your dashboard.

• Can I try the free trial again if I'm already a paying subscriber?

• Which plan is selected if I activated the free trial by clicking on Get Started from the Rebrandly website?
  When you start your free trial through our website, it automatically enrolls you in the Essentials plan at the end of the 14 days. This plan requires a monthly subscription fee.  However, you're in complete control! You can:
  • Cancel the trial anytime before the 14 days are up to avoid any charges and stay on the free plan.
  • Choose a different plan before or after the trial ends to fit your needs.
    
    
• What happens at the end of the 14 day trial period?
  After 14 days from activation, if not deactivated, you will automatically switch to the plan you originally chose during registration or to the Essentials plan, if the choice was made by the website.
  
  
• What happens if I forget to deactivate the free trial during the 14 day period?
  Once the 14-day trial period is over, the system will automatically upgrade to the chosen plan, charging the cost of the subscription. From the activation of the plan until the end of the trial period, the system sends a series of notifications to notify you of the remaining period, displays the countdown within the dashboard and allows you to deactivate the trial to return to a free plan. You are not eligible for a refund if you forget to cancel before the end of the trial period.
  If you intend to interrupt the next renewal you can self-service turn off automatic renewal for your subscription so that it does not renew at the end of the billing cycle.
  
  
• Do I need to add payment details when signing up for the trial?
  Yes, it is mandatory. Get started on your free trial right away! Just enter your payment details to secure your spot. We won't charge you until after the 14-day trial period ends. You can cancel at any time without charge before the free trial ends up!
  
  
• Do you offer a free domain for users who activate the free trial?
  Yes, when you sign up for your free trial, you can also register a domain name for free, unless you have already redeemed a coupon in the past for the same subscription. That's right, the domain is yours to keep at no cost for the first year, even if you decide to cancel the trial before it ends.  This lets you try Rebrandly with a fully branded link!
  
  
• What happens if I don't redeem the free domain immediately?
  No rush to grab your free domain! Even if you don't redeem it right away, we'll send you a voucher to use whenever you're ready. That way, you can focus on exploring Rebrandly's features during your trial and claim your domain later.

  Keep an eye on the handy countdown in the header of your dashboard to see how many days remain in your trial.
  
  
• How can I cancel my free trial within the 14 day period of activation?
  To cancel your free trial just head over to the "Subscription" tab on your dashboard and click "Cancel trial." The system will downgrade to free at the end of the trial period and you will be able to manage your free features.
