How to change your subscription plan

Choosing an alternative subscription is simple. Simply, choose an alternative plan to suit your needs by clicking here.

How to turn off auto-renewal or cancel your Paid subscription

If you have a PAID subscription and you want to cancel your account and deactivate all your links:

1. Login into your dashboard.
2. Go to the subscription section
3. Click to:
   1. Click on the “Change your plan” button if you wish to change to another paid plan that better suits your needs. You will redirect to our Pricing page with all features and volumes available for each plan.
   2. Click on the “Cancel subscription” button if you wish to cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal. Follow the in-app instructions. 

How to reinstate your Paid subscription

If you change your mind, you can reinstate your previous plan for as long as your current billing subscription has not yet expired:

1. Login into your dashboard
2. Go to the subscription section
3. Click to the “Renew plan” link

4. Click on the “Renew plan” button to confirm you wish to reinstate the plan.

How to cancel your Free subscription

If you have a Free subscription and you want to deactivate your account and lose all your links:

1. Login into your dashboard.
2. Go to the subscription section
3. Click to the link at the bottom of the page. Follow the in-app instructions.

• What happens if I cancel my subscription?
  Canceling your subscription will suspend your account at the end of the current billing period. This means you'll lose access to your dashboard and all of your links will stop working.
  

• Can I reinstate my subscription?
  Yes, you can reinstate your subscription at any time before the expiration date of the current billing period using our self-service tools. You can find the reinstatement option in the subscription tab of your dashboard.
  

• What if I want to reactivate my account after it has been canceled?
  If your subscription has expired, you will need to contact customer service by emailing support@rebrandly.com to reactivate your account.
  

• What happens to my purchased domains when my subscription is canceled?
  If you cancel your subscription, your purchased domains will not be renewed. They will automatically expire after one year from the registration date.
