Why my link has been blocked or deleted?
At Rebrandly we are determined to offer a high-quality service to all our users while maintaining the integrity of providing safe and trustworthy links. It is for that reason we have put in place safeguards to ensure our links are not used for the purpose of spam, or phishing.
Rebrandly has partnered with leading internet safety organisations such as the Internet Watch Foundation and IQ Abuse Manager to programmatically identify and take down abuse of Rebrandly’s services.
Every time a link is created (or edited) with Rebrandly we automatically check if it raises any concerns around link possibly being used for the purposes of spam. If a link is determined as a risk it will be blocked.
The blocking of a link is also for the protection of the user as a domain name can be suspended or banned if it is believed to be in violation of Domain Name Registry rules.
If you have created a Branded Link with Rebrandly that you are sure is not malicious please contact us on abuse@rebrandly.com and we will provide help to resolve the issue.
